“We first got to know Luke following a leak at our old property last year that he dealt with very well and we were very impressed with him then. As we moved house we soon realized that we needed some major works to our heating and plumbing so engaged with Luke again to carry out the following works over the past 6 months, 1) Water system upgrade from low pressure to high pressure 2) Upgrade of boiler controls and pipework 3) Replacement of al radiators 4) Kitchen plumbing refit 5) WC cloakroom final fix Luke continues to provide an excellent service and is highly recommended”

Luke was extremely friendly and polite during his visit. Came round for a survey a month prior and sent me multiple quotes ahead of time which were highly detailed with what would be completed. His communication in the build up to the work being undertaken was fantastic. Luke arrived promptly and completed the job to a very high standard including tidying up and removing all the old kit. I would highly recommend Luke and will be calling him up again if we have any other plumbing related jobs that need completing at our place.

As part of a ground floor refurb, I contracted Luke to supply and install new sanitaryware and all new pipe work for a new downstairs cloakroom. Alterations to the central heating pipe work were also made and new rads. Luke was happy to discuss quotes, very clean and tidy, courteous and pleasant to have around. He also pays attention to detail and is flexible, happy to work around other trades. I would highly recommend LR Plumbing & Heating and will definitely contract their services again.

Quick response and resolution. Luke attended as planned with courtesy call before arrival. He was polite, respectful and very informative about the work he’d completed. He fixed the immersion heater straight away and provided some invaluable information on the maintenance of my heating system. Great job and will certainly use again. Would highly recommend.

Our entire bathroom needed to be scrapped and all wall tiles, flooring and bathroom equipment had to be replaced. Luke cleared the bathroom in one day and left the shell to work on. A new bath, basin unit, toilet and heated towel rail were installed after extensive rerouting of pipes. Luke's quote was well within limits and his advice was even more valuable. He was professional, always on time, totally trustworthy and his approach was logical and well thought out. A pleasure to deal with and we have his number on speed dial.
