I’ve spoken to Luc many times and he is always knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Most recently, he came out at short notice to resolve a heating issue I was having and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Anyone been able to get hold of LS Heating and Plumbing Ltd, please? They did a great job on an electrical shower back in June 2025, but now there's a problem, I can't get hold of them.

Agreed work to be done on a Friday. New shower installed 3 days later. Luc arrived promptly on both occasions and patiently explained what he needed to do.
