“Great job done by Luke and his team. Came and gave my roof that was causing problems a thorough inspection and found the cause within a short while. A root cause for the leaking roof was informed to me, with pictures and video. Explained plainly as to what the problem was and how it could be fixed. A quote was given the next day and it was for more reasonable than another one that was given by a previous roofer. Problem resolved in less than half a day, again full pictures and video given of work undertaken Really cannot recommend Luke & L& W Roofing highly enough. Thank you for saving me a lot of money.”

Came on time and very satisfied with work...site left tidy and am using lw roofing for amother job based on their earlier work
Luke and his team did a fantastic job of replacing our roof. Completed in two days, we were kept updated throughout and his guys worked very hard to get it done. Really pleased with the result and quality of work.
Re- building of two chimney stacks. Brilliant job . Not the easiest of jobs due to awkward location: greenhouse, shed and solar panels all in the way. The weather was not the best one could hope for but Luke and his team did a brilliant job. The team were friendly, professional and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves – who could ask for more! What particularly impressed me was how Luke kept us informed and updated every step of the way – excellent communications. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and his team.

Luke fixed a leak to my pitched roof. He was thorough in locating the problem and putting in measures to fix it and prevent it reoccurring. He worked diligently and was tidy. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to friends and others.

To experience a leaking roof dripping on you in bed is not a good way to start the day! But Luke reponded quickly to my phone call and talked through the problem with my roof with the aid of his drone which clearly showed me amazing pictures of my roof with all it's problems. This kept me updated with progress on the roof, which would have been impposible to see without his drone. Luke and his team worked swiftly and respectfully in what could have been a very stressful situation for me. The completed roof exceeds my expectations and I would thoroughly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I often worry about getting quotes for major jobs like roofing since I don’t have much knowledge and could easily be misled, but Luke put me completely at ease. He took the time to walk me through everything, showing detailed photographs of my roof so I could clearly see and understand the issues. He did an excellent job cleaning my gutters at a very fair price, and I’ve already booked him in for the roof repairs. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
This is my second time of using Luke, always courteous, prompt and does a good job. This time Luke fitted dry fit end caps and left the roof looking much better. I'll be using again to repair the valleys. Would recommend.

from the moment Luke quoted me for my roof, he gave me the time, took his drone up to assess, and showed me examples of his work on other older houses. I knew I wanted his team to do the job, he sees the potential and offers the best quality solution for your job/budget. He organised the scaffolding prior to work, Luke and his team work superbly well together in synchronized efficiency , they handled the unexpected 21 rotten roof beams they discovered, offering me his considered expertise, to replace them affordably. Luke offers a honest, high quality, reliable, service and they see you as a person and not just another job, Lukes camera work and courtesy he gives to show you every stage of work is exceptional. They completed my full roof re felt, batton, re-slate, beamwork and cement work to repair my two chimneys in 2 days, they work incredibly hard to get the work done so beautifully + cleared . I would thoroughly recommend L. W Roofing, Thank you so much for all your hard work :)

Fantastic service from start to finish. I contacted Luke on behalf of my elderly mother regarding works required to her chimney, Luke responded to the initial enquiry promptly, provided a quote and completed the work within 6 days. I found Luke to be be honest and reliable, the workmanship was brilliant and all at a reasonable cost. I cannot recommend L W Property Maintenance highly enough, an absolute five star service. Thank you Luke.
Luke was friendly and receptive from the start and easy to communicate with. There was never any pressure over which option to choose for my roof repair and he was quick with the quote for the work. Luke and his team were punctual, polite and cleaned up afterwards and Luke kept me informed throughout. I will definitely be calling Luke back for more work in the future and would recommend.

Great work done by Luke. He was working on a neighbour property, and informed of a small amount of work that needed to be done, and its importance. I was happy for this to go ahead and the price and the result was excellent. Luke was able to show before and after videos. I would recommend him.
Luke undertook some guttering repairs at my house recently. He has been to the house previously to provide advice on a separate roofing matter. He arrived punctually, carried out the agreed work very efficiently and was very tidy. He is always polite and helpful and I would recommend him as very reliable and trustworthy tradesman.
