Excellent friendly service from really helpful discussions about the design of the roof at the start of the project through to the conclusion of the project. Final invoice was as per the quote. Have delayed leaving this review until six months after conclusion of the project. As described by Lynnframe to us initially we now have a conservatory which we can use comfortably all year round. After years of a noisy cold in winter hot in summer conservatory we found Lynnframe in the checkatrade booklet. From start to finish Dave and his team were fantastic, Dave came and surveyed the job and when work commenced the roof came off and the new one, precut to size off site went on that same day and we were watertight that night for peace of mind. All the work to complete flowed smoothly and at the finish we have a simply superb looking garden room that really compliments our home, all the work was done neatly, tidily and all the team were incredibly polite, we endorse them fully.

On our first meeting David listened to our requirements and provided us with a professional solution backed up with a CAD visual design. This was followed by a detailed survey as well as samples of available finishes. Installation was conducted in an orderly and tidy manner and waste removal was efficient. The team worked professionally throughout and were polite and attentive. The result is a lovely garden room that we are very satisfied with at a respectable price. We cannot fault the workmanship of the team. This is a considerate team that takes pride in their work which is of excellence.

David did the site survey and quotation and explained all aspects clearly and agreed to specific requests. The installation was understandably a little delayed to due to bad weather. The installation team lead by Tom helped remove furniture from the old conservatory and quickly dismantled and clear away from site. The new solid roof conservatory was erected with good attention to fit and finish and my mum was kept well informed on progress and next steps. The clean up and handover was great and my mum is very happy with her new conservatory.

The LynnFrame team replaced my mother's old conservatory with a full height glass, solid roof conservatory. David did the initial site survey and explained all aspects of the job clearly to us. David was happy to accommodate specific requirements for the job in his quotation. The installation team led by Tom were excellent carefully removing furniture before dismantling and disposing of the old conservatory. The new conservatory was installed efficiently with good attention to fit and finish and clean up and handover was first class. My mother is very pleased with her new Conservatory.

The whole process was made easy by the totally professional approach shown by David and the Lynnframe team. They helped us to design and refine our requirements for the project. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the sometimes appalling weather conditions everything was completed in a reasonable time frame. The result is excellent and we look forward to enjoying our new room over the coming months. We would highly recommend Lynneframe and would definitely use them again.
