“Our 30+ year old roof purlins had deflected such that our house sale failed to complete. We engaged a structural engineer to create a modern solution, who drew up flitch beam replacements which Maurice and his team installed, resolving the issue. We're 10/10 happy with the net result - straight and very strong roof supports that leave us confident will pass any surveyor inspection going forwards. Maurice & co were thoroughly polite throughout and the job was completed in a day and a bit. The surest sign of satisfaction is repeat work - we've already asked for a quote for soffit replacement”
