His communication was fast and easy, and he is a chill guy that clearly takes pride in his work. Also very open from the outset about materials supplied vs. what we needed to get which meant no late surprises. Subcontractors also good. I quickly trusted him to quote fairly and complete the work which was done in good time. Strong recommend!”
