We had a problem with a broken shower that had been made worse by a previous person's attempt to fix. Mark was very conscientious, professional and reliable. While he was here he pointed out a couple of other issues that we needed addressing which he promptly fixed. We are delighted with his work and would definitely ask him for his help should we need it in the future, and also recommend to friends.

We had been experiencing problems with our downstairs lighting circuit repeatedly shorting and we got Mark in to identify and rectify the fault. We knew this would be quite a big job as, on the one circuit, we have no fewer than thirty-nine indoor and outdoor lights along with sensors, an electric doorbell etc. Mark arrived bang on time and very quickly located and corrected the fault. What really impressed us was his attention to detail. He was meticulous in his work and took time out to explain to us exactly what the problem was, what had caused it and what he needed to do to correct it. At a personal level, Mark is a pleasure to work with: he is very friendly and, dare I say it, remarkably good value. Even though it was impossible for him to say at the outset how long the job would take, he was happy to quote us a maximum cost. As it turned out, the final charge was about half that amount! I would have no hesitation recommending Mark for any electrical work you may want done.

Mark definitely has our full confidence. He treats the job with utmost care and detail. Prompt on schedule and even on submission of quotations. He is transparent on charges and understands our position as his client. He guides us as to what’s essential to ensure safety and shares his advice and opinions on things we thought we needed but is actually just extras. His attention to safety is something commendable. He worked on multiple electrical requirements in our garden. One thing for sure, he doesn’t leave a task that he cannot guarantee as safe. Another thing I appreciate about his work is that his layout of cabling are neatly done. No shortcuts, no lazy work. Looking forward to our next project- indoors this time.
