“Mark was so friendly and so speedy to come and help fix my macerator. Literally took 10 mins and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely a professional. Much better to support local plumbers than big companies. Thank you so much!”
“Mark’s service was fantastic. Our system was installed around 2000. Since 2015 onwards, the heaters all became cold at the bottom and barely heated up at the top half. The house was always cold no matter how high we turned the heating, which in turn caused our winter gas bills to shoot up for the past 4 winters. Mark understood the problem as soon as I called him, and he dealt with it like a true Pro. He explained there is sludge in the bottom of all the heaters, which would need to be cleaned out with Magna Flush + chemicals. He also said there is too little pressure and so he would install an additional pump. From initial phone call to performing the work took just over 2 weeks. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with, always on time. He also serviced the boiler and gave us a certificate which is a requirement for annual house insurance with heating failure cover. I would highly recommend Mark if you have a large central heating system which is not performing how it should.”

Our boiler wasn't working so I asked Mark Anthony to mend it so we had hot water and heating. He claims he got the boiler working after 8 hours and 3 visits, but there was a blockage in the system so we still had no heat to all but one radiator at which point I started to feel like he was just racking up hours of work and the bill getting higher which I think is confirmed by his £600 invoice. Foolishly I didn't get a quotation so felt obliged to pay his invoice to get rid of him. He also emailed me a quotation of £4000 to supply and fit new boiler.
Quick, clean, and very polite.
Quick to return phone calls and arrive to assess job. Job was completed in good time but I had to ring to check they were still coming and they arrived 2 hours past agreed time. Pricing strategy wasn't clear. I wasn't told I would be charged one hour labour even if job only took 10 minutes, which it did. Also part was charged at 50% more than quoted and I wasn't notified of this in advance. Job was completed quickly and was satisfactory. For these reasons, I would use them again.

I found Mark and Luke to be extremely professional in what they did. Although they only came in for a small job, they were thorough, clean and efficient. They also surveyed other plumbing work that will need to be done and were helpful when I asked questions. I will definitely use them again.
