Mark Collins is INCREDIBLE! I cannot rate him highly enough. This is the 2nd service I have had from Mark and I will return to him EVERY TIME and have no hesitation in recommending him. Absolutely lovely chap, goes WAY above and beyond, lighting fast to respond, works carried out to an insanely high standard with a personality to match! Discovered Mark by recommendation and not only did he give me his advice and suggestions he also managed to facilitate my wish list helping me to source everything I’d got my heart set on for my dream bathroom this was a complete renovation . He went above and beyond and no only is he a perfectionist he’s also neat and methodic with everything he does. I’m beyond delighted with my new bathroom and Really cannot recommend him enough! So much so that l managed to book him again to replace my radiators and will be using him this year for my kitchen renovation.

Mark changed our boiler for a new one. We were happy with the job from start to finish. Both he and the engineer who assisted him were reliable, efficient and very respectful in the house, protecting our carpets, including the stairs. I would definitely recommend Mark and use his services again.

Mark made our bathroom beautiful. The quality, expertise, experience and end finish is to a very high standard. Mark is very professional, went over and above to ensure we achieved the design and look we wanted. Mark and Lewis were a pleasure to have around for three weeks and we missed them when the job was finished! We are now planning our second bathroom renovation and wouldn’t go to anybody else again. Mark was with us for 3 weeks, he upgraded our whole heating system which was 28 years old fitting a new system boiler and unvented water cylinder suited to the needs of a large busy family house. He also fitted new column radiators for us, replaced all our radiator valves with smart Tado ones and replaced a bath, basin, tap and shower screen in the family bathroom including some tiling. Mark was an absolute pleasure to have in the house, he was punctual, very pleasant, tidy, respectful of us and our home and he had the skills required to carry out the work required to a high level. The other trades he brought in when required were also highly competent and pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and we have some future work we want to carry out in the house and look forward to bringing him back to do it.

If I need any further work doing, I will not hesitate to get in touch with Mark. He came to my house with great ideas for my bathroom and carried out the work in time and at a very reasonable price that he initially quoted. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs works carrying out.

I am completely happy with the work that was carried out . He quoted a price . He charged that price . If i need a plumber , he would be my first choice .

This is the second boiler we’ve had Mark fit for us (as we recently moved house). I wouldn’t even bother asking anyone else. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact he has also fitted boilers for my parents and in-laws, as well as putting in a bathroom in for my brother. He is a genuinely decent guy, who always goes the extra mile and I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work.

We were very impressed from the first time we met Mark when he came round to give us a quote for a small bedroom to be changed into a shower room and a bathroom to be changed into a downstairs toilet. From his ideas we could tell he was very experienced. He was so enthusiastic and we had no doubt that he was the right person for the job! He proved to be correct. He was so hard working, he kept us informed about the plan for the day, he is a very skilled plumber with brilliant ideas to get the very best end result for his customer. He listened to our ideas too and implemented them. We found that he worked in a tidy manner and arranged for all rubbish to be taken away. He is very friendly and we have quite missed having him around now the work is finished!
