Mark did a fantastic job! He was very good at recommending what was needed and sourced them for me. He is friendly and very tidy. I would very happily recommend him and use him again for future work. Thank you Mark!

The issue to be fixed was our flush was sometimes getting stuck which meant the water kept flowing after a flush. This work provided by Mark was completely unacceptable. Mark came and spent 15 min "oiling" the flush. He charged £60 for this, which I paid. The flush then broke completely 2 days later. Mark came again and replaced the flush. He changed £96 for this, which I paid but flush is still sticking. Mark said he would come to fix but never did. After 1 month and £156 we remain in the same position as I started- flush sticking. I've now asked a new plumber to come and fix the issue
