Incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable, he took great care to explain everything he was doing and made us feel completely at ease. He installed a gas stove cooker for us and even fixed a long-standing issue with our gas fire, going above and beyond without hesitation. Josh takes real pride in his work, and it shows. One to avoid! My experience with Marshall Gas was extremely stressful. Their installers damaged my home by neglecting protective coverings, leaving doors open when leaving the property and causing carpet burn marks Post-installation, I faced issues numerous issues and needed to go to arbitration when these were not resolved. An independent assessor confirmed that necessary water pressure checks were skipped prior to install and what I had been left with was unsuitable. After more months without progress I raised a Section 75 claim who eventually ruled in my favour. Proceed with caution.
