“Called to help diagnose an issue with the UFH, responded quickly and with a date, kept me updated with time of arrival. Quickly found the fault and returned to replace the faulty part, also took care to ensure the system was working and made it as good as the first install. Very thourogh and professional through out, will always use them in the future.”

Matt and his colleague did a superb job! I wish I had found him earlier and I highly recommend him. He arrived at the promised time, did an excellent job and was very careful to keep the flat and decoration clean.

Matthew of MPS to investigate a leak on my water supply
Matthew visited my address and discovered that there was a leak in the water meter casing which resulted in the water meter still recording a flow of water even though no water was being used in the premises. these results were mailed to the water company and as yet the matter has not yet been resolved. Mark scored on all points the cost was as per budget , he was always helpful and polite, pointing out to me that the over charging at £200.00 per month I was not responsible for. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who has a supply problem that has not been resolved by the water company

I made an appointment with Matt for a full service on my mother's boiler and to replace parts on 2 dripping taps, Matt turned up on time, he is a very tidy worker and extremely polite, a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be using Matt again.

Used MPS after they done a job for me the week before where their upfront approach, cost agreements and can - do attitude along with their assistance were outstanding. On the basis of this i asked them to service and certify another two jobs where they provided upfront costs which were reasonable. i was kept informed and they also accommodated restricted times and access to the premises dealing with tenants in a courtious and professional manner. Needless to say they will be my go to contractor for anything plumbing related.
