Myles and Nick totally transformed our patio area with new porcelain slabs and building a new wall with timber cladding! When it was finished it was exactly as we imagined!
Great job sorting out some porcelain tiles replaced badly by Cadent after some gas works. Very professional from start to finish
We hired Mather Developments Ltd to build a front porch extension including foundations, brickwork and roof works. After the roof stage we raised concerns about the quality of workmanship and finishing. An independent RICS Chartered Surveyor later inspected the works and identified multiple defects including roof construction, weatherproofing and insulation installed below DPC level. We attempted to resolve the matter directly with the contractor, however liability has been denied and the issues remain unresolved. We have since obtained quotations for the significant remedial works required.
