This is the third year that Chris has serviced the boiler for me. On each occasion it has been done efficiently and cleanly. Whenever I email the office I always get a prompt reply. All in all, great service.

Shower hose wall fitting - Poorly fitted - leaving it with excess movement of 2-3 mm. Seal water staining of kitchen ceiling from leaks due to poorly fitted joints on 17/12/20 -leaks fixed on 19/12/20. Sealant spray used on 01/04/21 left a film of sealant dust all over kitchen floor,gas hob,work surfaces and appliances - the entire kitchen required a thorough clean by me afterwards ! Three replacement toilet sisterns - One left leaking and had to phone Mr Surridge again to return and fix. Some basic plumbing skills were lacking and more care and attention should have been been taken overall.
