"Initial quote was reasonable and provided quickly after initial assessment. Olly was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and quick to provide good proposals for areas I needed suggestions how to finish and what to use. Duration was longer than estimated due to weather affecting when things could be carried out but this was clearly explained and did not effect the price. The team were skilled, efficient, prompt and flexible with questions which became further requests and minor changes.
