This was the second time we have used MJB. Mike diagnosed the problem from the emailed information I gave him, ordered the part and came out once it was available, to install it. His communication throughout was excellent and he arrived as planned, quickly fitted the part and repaired the fault. Reliable, efficient and friendly - first class service
