“MJP provided a free, detailed written quotation explaining how the job would be carried out including costings for all materials and labour. The price was very competitive; no deposit was required, with payment in full only after the job was completed. Polite workers who were obliging and professional and completed the job to a very high standard, clearing up after themselves each day. We were very impressed with the whole process and delighted with our new drive and its 10 year warranty! A trustworthy family-run company with an excellent track record who I would not hesitate to recommend.”

Super quick to start the job due to an apparent cancelation. They arrived with a big team and finished the job within 1 and 1/2 days. Very impressed..... But..... Poor finishing, many remnants of "tile glue" splashes on about a third of the tiles. Some "tile cut" decisions very poor seeming to go for convenience rather than professionalism. Retaining Edge for the patio crumbling after only a week, and many cigarette butts in my lawn and flower beds... Good quick service and price Ok,... would I use them again, No!
At installation, the majority of paver bricks being used were showing a whitish coating (efflorescence). Appearance at completion was very different from images shown in contractors gallery prior to contract agreement. With no dispersal of the coating to date, repeated requests to contractor for rectification have produced no action. Contractor’s statements have included: describing recent jobs where efflorescence was a problem. Your suppliers now changed. You also said if the efflorescence not disappear in 6 to 8 weeks, you will seek liability from your supplier. All emails recorded.
