The owner of the job was very polite and a very nice man, the work that him and his colleagues undertook was not good at all. The job changed due to a pipe needing to be completely changed and we understand that causes upheaval but they damaged pretty much everything they touched, they burnt our door by soldering a pope to close to it, they chipped the toilet cistern, chipped 2 tiles and scratched and marked the walls in my kitchen toilet and utility room which was not what we expected. Offered ti fix but was worried they would damage something else so have paid for someone else to repair

I had a new boiler fitted at my property and the whole experience was excellent. The team were very professional, friendly, and completed the work to a high standard. Very good people and I would definitely recommend them. It took only a day for them to fit the boiler with vertical flue. They bought the products the same day too.
