“We have used Wayne's service on numerous occasions, as have the wider family now. I had a fairly serious water leak last night and he was at the end of the phone and advising at an unsociable hour. Within hours he was with us and stopped the leak, corrected the issue and was totally open to manage expectations. He's reliable, trustworthy, courteous and super high quality. Knows exactly what he's doing and is sincere when the customer is at a pretty low and vulnerable point. I would highly recommend and personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else - he's fab!!”
