"I called this company on Sunday morning from London and spoke to Marcus, explained that a family member had rain water coming in to the porch as it was raining heavily the day before. He lived very near her and said he would be there in 30 minutes, he turned up and went straight up on the roof and inspected the trouble and soon told her the water was running back and covering under tiles need to be replaced. Marcus sent a quote by lunchtime on the Sunday which was excepted and work was scheduled for Tuesday, but Wednesday as weather. Very good service and kept me up to date as well."

"Marcus provided a swift response, coming round to view and assess the problem. He then provided a full quote, including scaffolding, and communicated throughout the process. He replaced the felt, which was extremely old and holey (we were getting water ingress in the loft room), and reused the tiles, replacing if required. Also replaced the flat roof, and was pleasant polite and tidy."
