Not only did Mark get back to me on the same day, to arrange an appointment, he also turned up when he said he would, as well as calling me 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. Once at my property, I found Mark to be a very tidy worker, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend Mark to anybody..”
