Morgan immediately put us at ease with his knowledge and good nature, diagnosing the leak in our roof and coming to fix it within 4 days. At every stage, he explained the work clearly, gave us a range of solutions, then went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. Communication throughout has been excellent. I've honestly never felt more confident in the health of my roof, but in the unlikely event we encounter any more issues, I know who to call.”
