I wanted to take a moment to give some positive feedback following the EV charger install work completed this week. Impressed with the overall process from start to finish. From raising the original enquiry, to scheduling the survey appointment, accurate quotation, installation date, work completed and finally invoice payment. All regs complied with. Everything was stress free and accurate through the online booking / payment system. Engineers arrived on time for all appts, installation neat and tidy. Mess cleared. This is how it should be done.

Olly responded promptly and sorted out my mess created when replacing a light fitting. Very knowledgeable and competent. Olly's quick response really helped prepare dining room for new table being delivered tomorrow. For future electricians, we will go direct to Olly, very reasonable charge.
