“Olton Damp Proofing did a great job! Really clear with the quote and explaining what the issues were, then got things booked in and sorted really quickly and to a high standard. Will definitely use them again if I get any more damp issues in the rest of the house.”
“Had an issue with fungus growth coming out of the air brick. Olton damp roofing attended, removed the bricks , treated the issue with chemical treatment and then replaced the bricks and air brick with new ones and pointed up. Left everything very clean and did a really nice job. I’m extremely happy with the results.”

Very professional and most polite young men that came to do the job
Concerned that damaged floor boards might have dry rot. Olton Property Services came and inspected them and reassured me that it wasnt dry rot. He agreed to treat the floorboards anyway just to make sure.
Chris is great to work with, communication is good - lad's turned up on time and tidied up after each day.

This company was great. Surveyor called gave me details of work needed Price and when the work could be done. Very efficient when work was done and left the area looking immaculate. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and his team were excellent and completed the works with minimal disruption to tenants at property and cleaned up after completing the damp proof work required.
Got us booked in very quickly to do the work which was also done very quickly & efficiently. Would definitely recommend
