The new heating installation was completed promptly with minimal inconvenience All in all a great job I’m well pleased A R Mair"

From the out set I was immediately impressed by how Optama. Fitted our oil combi boiler in 2022. Took a month to get it working properly due to being installed wrongly (including wired up incorrectly). The contract included 5 years servicing, but on trying to arrange our first service, Optama have essentially ignored us. Sent email, messages, left voice messages and even spoke to them on the phone. But every one has been ignored. When in the phone they cut you off or transfer to voicemail? To be honest I don't really want them to service it, but don't want to give them the satisfaction of getting away with it. Avoid!
