Would definitely not recommend this company as from day one has let me down. All he wanted was money paid him and that’s where it all went wrong paid him in full and has let me down ever since very bad to deal with made me book contractors in and still would not send anything across what we needed so I am out of pocket again and now he just will not get back to me at all really upset with everything

Brilliant service during our quote request. We've not used this company to complete the work though due to another quote. I'd still recommend speaking with these for a quote as it could well be cheaper/more competitive in other areas.

I needed retrospective building regulations for a load bearing wall that was knocked down in my house . Daniel and Ben put me at ease straight away and came out to take the measurements really quickly. They drew up the plans and submitted it to the council on my behalf. Everything went smoothly, they were professional and reassuring. Thank you.

Paddick took measurements and did calculations prior to a structural wall we wanted to take down so the correct steel could go up. Ben sent the calculations to Leeds City Council for us which was approved quickly. Ben was friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.

We were in the process of purchasing a property when the surveyors report flagged a query over subsidence which was very worrying. We hired Paddick independently who attended the property on our behalf and advised the issue was not as bad as we were led to believe and pointing of mortar rather than underpinning or demolition was the appropriate course of action, allowing us to continue with our purchase. Would happily use Paddick again in future.

All the team was knowledgable with great attention to detail. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Top customer service with a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend
