Throughout the process, the customer service was impeccable. Jazz didn’t just build the bathrooms; he built relationships. The aftercare was remarkable.”

Works were not carried out in the order, manner or design agreed. Water flow-rates were to be ‘extensively checked’ and remedied before bathroom work commenced. This was omitted or ignored or degraded deliberately. Unnecessary mixed plumbing with inaccessible joints and valves were cemented and tiled in hurriedly without consulting me. Poor water flow resulting from the poor configuration. Opposite of what was instructed. All fittings wrong height, result- showers/jets/toilet/basins all unusable and bathroom needs all tiles chiselling off re-plumb correctly and re-tile. Denies any wrongdoing!
