“My lights in the kitchen (strip lights, spotlights and a bathroom light) all started to fail in January. I brought Sef in to fix the problem (which turned out to be more serious than originally suspected!). Throughout, Sef was extremely responsive to my messages both on Checkatrade and later WhatsApp. He kept me updated on materials shipment and expected work start date and also was very pragmatic and gave a lot of optionality with costings for the work which was welcome. I will definitely get him and Paragon back to do further work in the future, and would firmly recommend to others.”
