“Phil was professional and honest from beginning to end. Just what you need in a tradesperson, he was great at communicating and turned up promptly. He gave us a very honest appraisal of what needed to be done, and completed the requested extra work for the quoted amount . If I have any plumbing issues in the future he will be my first call and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family- how many tradespeople can you say that of these days?! My wife described him as “old school”, no reflection on his age but more of his approach to his work and clients. Thank you very much”

Phil was professional and honest from beginning to end. Just what you need in a tradesperson, he was great at communicating and turned up promptly. He gave us a very honest appraisal of what needed to be done, and completed the requested extra work for the quoted amount . If I have any plumbing issues in the future he will be my first call and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family- how many tradespeople can you say that of these days?!
