Max was a godsend! I had a wasps nest in my ceiling. He arrived on time. Found the location of the nest promptly and dealt with it effectively. Would highly recommend.

After trying other pest control services that didn't resolve our issue, I was advised to contact Massimo by a friend. He did a great job, initially to solve a bad mouse problem (he discovered they were entering via foliage creeping up the house into a tiny hole I never would have spotted). then I called him after I heard rat scratching in the night. This time he discovered they were entering via the sewer, so he baited the area and installed a valve to prevent further entry. I'm very impressed with Massimo's expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
