"Could not fault the customer service from Rick at Pestforce Medway. Heard some noise coming from loft just after Christmas and put in a enquiry thru Checkatrade within the hour Rick had made contact and came out the next day for inspection which was a Sunday. Rick showed ID on arrival, wore shoe protectors and even cleaned up any mess. Rearranged appointments to come back on Monday next day to bait the loft. Then made weekly visits for 3 weeks. Rick was Friendly and always on time, and easy to talk to and ask any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick for any of your pest needs."
