"Brian answered my call straight away, he advised this was because he was not on a job - while he was on site at our house his phone went to answerphone, while he is working on the job he is focussed 100% on it. Brian advised he charges once and that covers the job until the problem is resolved. He won’t charge again unless they return at a later date. From first contact Brian was friendly, professional, courtesy and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again"
