Peter and Nye carried out a single storey rear extension, installed a new kitchen and re-modeled the old kitchen area into a utility room plus a wc. Very pleased with the end result and the quality of their work. Peter gave helpful advice from the original planning stage and throughout the build, always accommodating my ideas. He was quick to respond to any queries I had, kept me informed of progress and let me know when decisions would be needed. The work was carried out within timetable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Peter and his team built a rear kitchen extension for my ground floor maisonette. He also did renovation work to one of the bedrooms and built a patio from the extension leading into the garden. I am very happy with the quality of work Peter and his team undertook. They finished the project on time and everything was done to the price quoted. They were a nice group of guys that were easy to talk to and they gave many useful suggestions throughout various stages of the project. I would happily recommend them to anybody who is looking for an honest, highly skilled builder.

Peter & Nye built a new shower room for us and refurbished an old bathroom. We are very pleased with the result. They had helpful suggestions which improved our original plans, such as : omitting a wall and putting in a shower screen which made the space much more light and open; reducing the size of the hot water cylinder we had planned to install - it would have been much too big. They installed new plumbing to give us a pressurised system; new electrics in the bedroom so we could position things as we wanted. They were there every day without fail and all their work was to a high standard. We would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them.

Very large project to restructure a large 1920's house, including demolition, gutting, multiple ground floor extensions, re-plumbing, re-electrification, insulation and lots of windows to a modern design and standard. In a world of unreliable tradesmen, Peter and Nye provided a stable and consistent approach to this large project. On a tight budget for the ask they also found contacts who could assist with specialist areas at best value for the desired quality, whilst providing that support and knowledge where needed. The number of decisions required from big to small to get this job done were immense and Peter particularly was very able to manage the planning and complex sequencing of works. Being novice clients in this arena, there were inevitably times where communications during the job could have been improved, although with knowledge we now have the need for some communications would likely be negated. As well as possessing all-round trade skills, Nye is particularly adept at explaining problems, options and executing client wishes. The restructure of an old, existing building will always throw curve-balls but in the main the desired outcome was achieved. In the year they were on-site P&N didn't miss a day off work and made the project aims their own, working through a sweltering Summer and even post-poning their own vacation to get the job done. The after-care of the snags which are inevitable in such a large project have been dealt with in an exemplary manner.

Peter, Nye and the team built a partition wall to divide a large reception room into a lounge and a family room, installed bi fold doors and window and divided the long galley kitchen into a kitchen and a utility room. They also installed new kitchen units and appliances, same in utility room and repaired a garden wall with matching bricks. All the work was done on time and to the price quoted. Peter gave useful suggestions and advice on the layout of the ground floor and we are very pleased with the result. They are a friendly and professional team and I would recommend them!Thanks!

We contracted Peter and the team to carry out a bespoke building job on our property in New Malden - one which a couple of other recommended companies had told us wouldn't be possible. But, thanks to their vision and experience of managing similar projects in the area, they designed and built a fantastic new porch and downstairs cloakroom at the front of our house. It sounds a small job...but it has made a huge difference to the look, function and 'kerb appeal' of our home. The team are traditional, local, well-skilled, well-connected and honest with a can-do / no-nonsense attitude from the outset - which, to us, translated as the project being completed on time and on budget (no hidden extras). We hired Pete to refurbish our downstairs toilet. He came when he said he would, gave a reliable and competitive estimate, put forward and discussed different ideas and tailored the job as he went along. The work was well done and we are very pleased with the results. It all looks much better and up to date. Overall we were happy, the only downsides being he often broke off to have a chat to us and used the nearest thing to hand.
