Customer voice from the public record

3 highlights

"Comprehensive kitchen renovation. New floor, walls, refurbishment and repainting of units, and installation of underfloor heating, new lighting, new worktop and new appliances. Richard has an excellent and professional team with a wide range of skills, and whose workmanship is of high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. Throughout they were able to solve problems as they arose and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Richard was always responsive and communication was good. I would not hesitate to recommend Scarlett Building Solutions."

"Our old loft bedroom/bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment and the roof was leaking; with advice from architects and structural engineers we decided to remove the existing loft and have a new one built. We engaged Scarlett Building Solutions to do this. The work was undertaken with the minimum of inconvenience to us and we were able to continue living at home the whole time. We were consulted at every stage, with everything explained as the work progressed. The team were punctual, efficient and tidy, and they were reliable. We are very happy to recommend this company."

"Taking up a downstairs granite floor tile in order to access telephone cabling underneath. Once telephone cabling work was completed, cutting and laying down a new granite floor tile, including cutting a small circular hole in the new tile so as to be able to access telephone cabling in the future (if needed)."
