We used Pinnacle Roof and Build previously to do a full re-roof and was extremely pleased with both the result and there professionalism. 2/3 years later we needed some more work doing (on another roof!) and once again they have done a top class job. Very pleased with the explanation of work they were undertaking and keeping us fully involved as the jobs were completed

Pinnacle Roof and Build completed a complete reroof of my mid terrace property. Alex and Pinnacle Roof and Build were professional from the start of the project and were very easy to deal with through out the job. A realistic quote for the job was received before work commenced and Alex assured me that all the building regulations and certificates for the job would be complied with and applied for. The team at Pinnacle Roof and build worked very hard to complete the job on time and to a very high quality, and I am very please with the outcome of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to contract Pinnacle Roof and Build again in the future if I needed any more work and would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work.

We recently had a full re roof to the property. The company were very approchable explaining everything in detail what work needed to be carried out and the cost involved. We were given options and our preference listened to throughout the process. I found the company to be extremely professionally and was shown a portfolio of other work carried out. We received the quote with a full break down in a timely manner. The work was carried out in the time scale we had been given. Extremely pleased with the work!!! We have just had our roof partially replaced by Pinnacle Roof & Build Ltd, our roof was in desperate need of being replaced. Alex came out and provided a comprehensive quote, going into great detail with the work that would be needed. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and on budget, we were very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Brad and his team were the ultimate professionals from start to finish. Brad came out to quote, took thorough measurements and unlike other roofers didn’t just say a price there and then for sake of it, instead explained he will need to go to his merchants for the price of materials after which, he will quote. Brad also stuck to the date he said he will begin again unlike other roofers. He was more than accommodating when we wanted additional tasks doing. He finished on time, left no mess and ultimately did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Pinnacle as a trusted roofer.

We have had Pinnacle carry out 2 roofing jobs on our house, and both have been to an excellent standard. The first was a full reroof, which included new felt and insulation, plus repointing and stabilising the chimneys. Alex, Brad, and the team took great care to remove and reuse as much of the original slate as possible. The job was completed in a good timeframe, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Pinnacle returned to complete a second job, which involved reroofing a small existing extension and installing new roof lights. Again, the standard of work was high and done with the same care and attention as before. Highly recommend.

Alex, Brad and the team were very professional from start to finish. A detailed quote was provided including a breakdown of the costs. Work was started on the pre-agreed date. Work undertaken included a Re-roof, loft boarding (storage), new gutters/fascias, and removal of 2 chimney stacks to below roof level. All work was completed on-time and within budget. We would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable roofer.
