During both appointments, he was communicative and knowledgeable. My issue required cutting some wood paneling and Paul took efforts to minimise damage. He was happy to use parts I provided and proactive in supplying parts he knew were of better quality. He was courteous and punctual on both visits. He cleaned the area he was working in afterwards.
