I contacted Plan It to run some structural calculations for a wall that I needed knocked down. Frazer was extremely helpful and guided me through the end to end process and kept me in the loop at all stages. The team were super responsive to answer any questions and would recommend them to anyone needing some calculations done.
We contacted planituk to help us with plans for our loft conversion. We dealt with Lloyd and would highly recommend them. Service was great and we had no issues in getting the planning permission required.
Really good
We used Plan It Uk to design side extension, kitchen and garage conversion. Frazer and Lloyd are extremely helpful, experienced and efficient to deal with. Invaluable advice from the beginning of our renovation project to the end and cannot recommend them highly enough.
PlanIt were great from start to finish, they explained each stage of the project and what was required. The best part for us was the quickness in their response time but using terms that we could understand easily to help with any decisions. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, highly recommended.

Frazer and Lloyd from Plan It we’re amazing! We instructed Plan It to sort out the mess a previous architect had made regarding our extension and loft conversion drawings and application. I learnt so much after 1 phone call with Frazer than I did in 6 months dealing with the previous architect, they understood the stress it was causing us and within 3 days they came round to see the property and to take over the project. They were a breeze from start to finish and helped out so much with any questions we had, they even submitted our application to building control for us which took out the added stress. Would highly recommend and they deserve all the luck in the world! Thank you so much for creating our dream home

Frazer has been a delight to work with. He is very friendly and professional, completed the work in the time agreed and kept me informed throughout. We found PlanIt on Trusted Trader at a time when we were in a bit of a panic as we were selling our house and needed retrospective building regs for the removal of part of a supporting wall. Although we'd done some basic research, we weren't entirely sure what we needed to do. From our initial contact with Frazer, all the way through to receiving our completion certificate we had a really good experience. They were polite, punctual, friendly and professional and we had a successful outcome, without any complications. We wouldn't hesitate to use Planit again and highly recommend them. PlanIt were recommended to me via a friend who had recently used their services. I have been thoroughly impressed with their service and guidance throughout the whole process.
