“I contacted Phil to carry out investigative work on our rental property. Within 48 hours he visited the property and completed the work. Our tenant confirmed that Phil was very polite, got on with the job and mopped the floor afterwards leaving everywhere clean. He charged what he initially told me he would, which I considered a reasonable price for the work undertaken. Honestly I can't ask for more than that. Very satisfied.”

Phil was fantastic. After I discovered a leak from my bath waste pipe, I called Phil to see if he could come and fix the problem. He initially came around to inspect and repair the pipework but it soon became apparent that a new waste pipe assembly needed to be ordered for the bath. Before leaving, he managed to temporarily stem the leak until the new part arrived. Phil ordered the part and despite being very busy, he made time to fit the part on the day it arrived. The bath waste pipe leak is now solved and I am very grateful to Phil for his time and help. I would definitely recommend him.

Great workmanship from phil. Done a great job of fitting a new downstairs wc and basin. Even managed to get round the issue fitting new wc to existing old style wc. Would be defiantly use P R Property Services again. Thanks for Great job.
I’m very pleased with Phil’s work. He did the job efficiently and expertly and offered professional advice. Also good value; I can’t praise him enough and would certainly recommend him.
Excellent job fitting my mums shower screen. Phil also removed and refitted beading that was in the way and made it look fantastic. Very impressed and will be using Phil again in the future.

Very good job reinstalling the leaking shower cubicle and tray. Would definitely use Phil again if we ever need a new bathroom.
I called Phil for an emergency leak into the kitchen. All other plumbers called were on holiday ! Phil took my call, confirmed he would be able to attend to assess the matter in a couple of hours, arrived on time as promised and went on to diagnose and repair the problem immediately, with no fuss, no time wasting and dithering. Phil was polite, friendly, careful to wipe his feet properly before he entered the house. All round a very professional and highly competent gent who certainly knows his business in great detail. Would recommend Phil to any one without hesitation.
