"This was the second time I used Proof-Tech Roofing, as I very much liked their work last year. Again, they proved extraordinarily workmanship and great quality of work. I was very pleased with the outcome! The whole process went smoothly, quickly and diligently. Kamil sent me pictures of progress after each workday and kept me updated along the way. They also showed high level of flexibility when I got a wrong sized window delivered. I was yet again very pleased with the service and would be more than happy to recommend the company to anyone! Kamil (Sales Manager) was very responsive, friendly, informative and flexible with the arrangements and accommodating my requests. Pawel and the team did a great job, completing the works on time and in very high spec and quality. They didn't have to be managed or monitored by the client to ensure on-time delivery - they just got on with the job and delivered quickly but not compromising the work, at a great value for money promise. "I hired Kamil and his team to waterproof my roof but it turned out not to be a simple job. After initial waterproofing, the ceiling below started leaking. Due to rain and moisture build-up from underneath, the material was taking a long time to cure. But they never gave up. They came back many times to try and solve the problem. Kamil was always in contact and easy to reach. I had paid the agreed price and he never asked for more money. After successful waterproofing, they even replaced the damaged ceiling below at no extra charge. Thanks so much to Kamil and Pawel for a great job in the end."
