"The underfloor heating in our existing, fully tiled, wet room had failed so we asked Piotr to advise us. After discussion of our requirements, he provided a detailed, fixed price quote and delivered to it. He removed the existing flooring, installed a new waterproof membrane, underfloor heating and shower drainage and then laid the new floor tiles. He was great to deal with both before and during the work, a pleasure to have around the house, performed very high quality work and was careful to always keep his working area clean. We are delighted with Piotr's work and will use him again."
