Block paving poor finish not level retaining wall not fired properly and over a drain left pile rubble and bricks left in garden was supposed to come back and put right stupid me paid before they actually finished they never returned to finish properly highly recommend to avoid
Unfortunately PTS have decided to ghost us for the last two months, laid a block paving driveway with a very poor finish. On one side of the driveway(the most visible, outside front door) where the edge of block paving links with a tarmac drive, the team laid a bright grey concrete instead of tarmacing, the concrete is unsightly and has all but crumbled away, not one month later, so blocks moving. Despite promising to come and lay tarmac straight way, they are now ignoring polite emails, texts, facebook messages since October. Do not use, 5 year guarantee useless if they ignore you.
