"Steve was amazing. He is polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He redecorated my dad's house in every room and upgraded the bathroom, put a new roof on the conservatory/lean to including guttering. This was no easy job as he had to liaise with both next door neighbours to erect the scaffolding. He tidied up and went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful. Thank you Steve. "A damp patch had appeared in a first floor ceiling which suggested a slow leak from somewhere and we wanted someone to come and investigate. Steve and Reaction Property Service had been recommended to us and we're very glad that he was. We were concerned that it would be necessary to lift the floor in the en suite but Steve calmly advised otherwise, made a small hole in the ceiling and was able to detect and the fix leak in one visit. He then returned to make good the hole a few days later. A really good job, no fuss, tidy, prompt, well priced and a decent chap. Would highly recommend."

"Steve arrived in time and was very polite. He fixed my electric water tank for me. Before he changed the parts he tried a reset to see if he could do that without having to change anything. He tided up after himself. Will definitely be using him again in the future."
