Rentokil's findings were that the problem was condensation due to drying laundry in the room effected without any heating/ventilation. In addition to advice on this particular problem the surveyor also offered advice on other aspects of the property where action could be taken to prevent any future damp issues. I was most impressed with the surveyor because there was no attempt to manufacture work and was very knowledgeable and explained clearly as to all aspects of his survey. .”
