Gary responded to my request for a job quote to mount a tv on a newly constructed media centre in March 2026. He gave me a clear price for the job, including the cost of the bracket. He told me to call him back once the unit was finished and he would come and do the job. I called him on 22nd April (pm) and he was able to fit the job in the following day. He arrived on time and having inspected the unit and found it good to support the tv and bracket, completed the job. There were a couple of uncertain moments regarding calculation of the correct position for the bracket, but eventually it all worked out and the finished result was just what we needed. He tidied up afterwards and even set up the tv for me.

Gary arrived on time to do the work. He did the work to satisfactory standard and retuned the television and the DVD recorder to make sure everything was working correctly.

Hired Gary to wall mount our 55 inch TV, Gary was outstanding, very friendly and courteous, he vacuumed at same time as drilling so there was very little mess. Job was done in about an hour, and I was very pleased with the result, couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Garry Rapson is one of the old school very polite knows what he is doing. Explains prior to work commencing that if he has a problem what the extra charges may be which gives you the choice in continuing. He was very thorough made sure all the TV's were working before he left. Brilliant job recommend him to older people who need to feel safe. Thanks Garry.

He turned up late and used the wrong wall plugs so within 10 seconds the tv fell off the wall, he sorted the insurance claim straight away though
Arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and rectified the issue quickly and took time to explain what he was doing. Price was very reasonable. Great experience all round and would highly recommend.
