"We contacted Rob regarding a kitchen leak we were certain was the roof. He quoted us on Dec 18 for lead/gutters. Despite Christmas and snow delays, he arrived 12th Jan (very reasonable) and checked the behind a ceiling light, did measuresments and checked our upstairs bathroom. Rob located the real source: a hidden pipe under the sink. He explained everything with photos and put us at ease. We did ask him to do the roofwork in the end as well to fix some old, dodgy work.
