Richard came to price up my job and we agreed on a starting date which was about a month in advance. However a few days before he was due to start he called to say that his current job was over running and that he wouldn't be available until a further month down the line. He said he's lined up a former business partner with a similar level of experience as a replacement, but unfortunately they too texted me a day before they were due to start and said they were no longer available. No point in booking them and just a complete and utter waste of time and effort.
