Chris from Ringway Roof Repairs Ltd came quickly to assess the work needed and it was scheduled for a few days later. The two guys that came were efficient and knew what they were doing to resolve the problem. They cleaned up when the job was complete and Chris kept in touch by phone to keep me updated. The workmen returned a few days later at my request to carry out further remedial work. I am a retired Fitted kitchen designer with over 50 years experience, so I can recommend that Ringway Roof Repairs Ltd are a company that can be trusted.

On inspection appeared to be a ventilation issue and not a leak. No work required and no charge. Kind, informative and friendly.

Chris was recommended by a relative. He responded to any missed calls promptly by phoning back, came round soon after to look at the problem. The quotation arrived in good time and job date fixed for soon after. Chris gave us confidence that the problem would be resolved and so did his team. Scaffolding arrived as planned which is not always the case. We really appreciated frequent updates from him and adherence to schedules- none of the ‘no one turned up’ nonsense. The team visited to repair some slipped slates just in time for the colder/wetter months. The lads who attended were polite, courteous and tidy and the work carried out was to a very high standard! I would 100% recommend Ringway for any roofing needs!

The velux window in the kitchen was leaking causing minor water damage. I contacted Ringway and Chris came for an initial inspection and recommended that it would be advisable for a new velux due to age of current window. The installation was carried out at the appointed date and Chris's team were very efficient, polite and tidied up the area after installation. Chris and his company have been a life saver, they’ve not only fixed my roof but also saved my sanity.
