"The roof on our bungalow was leaking badly, Rob came immediately to inspect and it was decided a new roof was required. Despite a very busy work load he pushed us in urgently and quite honestly ‘saved the day’. Rob and his team were excellent and their workmanship was fantastic. "We asked Rob to provide us with a price for a flat and pitched roof. He came out very quickly and told us what it would cost and set out when we had to pay and what was needed. He kept us updated by WhatsApp. The bad weather meant there were delays because it was too wet to work. This was definitely not Rob's fault and he stayed on top of things. When he found an extra problem he met us in person to discuss the problem and the impact on the price. Our next door neighbours were impressed with how hard and efficient his team were and asked Rob to do their flat roof as well. Says it all!"
