"This commenced as a positive experience and left a glowing review initially (this has now disappeared). However, I realised that the trim was not able to be finished as directed and that some tiles overshot the wall quite a long way. I immediately contacted them for help resolving this, they agreed and said they'd come out the next day but never did. They haven't responded to any further communication and now the phone number doesn't ring anymore. Another trader came out to assess and said that the trim should have been fitted first to ensure it was aligned and the tiles could be cut correctly"
