We needed a complete new roof and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish. The crew worked hard every day, were polite, and kept the site organised. The finished roof looks great and feels very solid.

We contacted Roofix as we were having problems with our insulation after having a new roof fitted a couple of years ago. We thought we needed new insulation so contacted to discuss. Stephen contacted me almost immediately to arrange a time to come out, which was later that day. He arrived promptly and had a look at what was causing the issue, he spoke to my husband, advised that no further insulation was needed and he actually told him what we needed to do to cure the problem. So grateful for the time Stephen gave us to solve this issue, he was very polite and friendly, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any future work. Thank you

Very clear at time of quote using photographs to explain what needed to be done to remedy the problem. Stephen was very considerate of prioritising work - especially as it had been raining into the bathroom and we are forecast more rain soon! Very efficient and personable throughout the job and provided photos of the completed job. Exceptionally pleased with this job and have already recommended to family.

Came out to repair broken roof tiles within a couple of hours of first contacting. Happy with the quote he gave and he repaired there and then. Excellent service would definitely recommend.
I'd previosly used Steve to cure a problem other roofers failed with , so I already knew what I was getting . He doesnt try and botch a job , he goes back to bare brick and cures the problem . 100% wouldn't use another roofer now knowing Steve . If you want the job done properly , use Roofix .
Got straight back to me and arrived when they said they would. Friendly team Only gave 4 stars for quality and price as I’m not a roofer so can’t really comment. All seems good to me. Would definitely use again
